    Not a happy customer. As a renter, I paid $270 to a professional cleaning company to clean our apartment after we moved out. Northside did the inspection and said it wasn't clean enough. I asked the company to go in again, which they did. Northside inspected again and said it still wasn't clean enough, claiming that the walls needed to be scrubbed. The cleaning company at this point understandably weren't going to go in a third time. They asked us to pay money to have it cleaned. At this point it had been over 2 gruelling weeks since we'd moved out and so I just paid them to get my bond back. And here's the kicker: the money I paid them didn't go to a cleaning company, it went straight into the owner's pocket. Apparently the owners were paying themselves to clean the place. That's right: the apartment that had already been cleaned by a professional company. Twice. Does that seem like a conflict of interest to you?
